Refund Policy

What We Sell

All products on Aconite are cosmetic digital goods (ranks and packs). They are delivered automatically to the Minecraft account you name at checkout after successful payment. They grant cosmetic in-game perks only and do not provide any gameplay advantages.

No Refunds

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, including for ranks that have not been used, for packs that have not been opened, and for items revoked because of a ban for breaking the server rules. Please make sure you want something before you buy it.

If Something Goes Wrong

This policy does not affect any rights you have under the law where you live. If you paid for something and it was never delivered, open a ticket in our Discord server with your Minecraft username and the email address used for payment, and we will put it right.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us will result in a permanent ban from the server and all associated services. If you have a dispute, please contact us through Discord first so we can resolve it.

EU Consumer Rights

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, for digital content delivered immediately, this right can be waived with your explicit consent. At checkout, you will be asked to consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal.

Once you have given that consent and your rank has been delivered, the purchase is final.
